Himachal 2027 is presented by Wanderworld Holidays and organised by Tarot x Elevaura Pvt Ltd.

1. The booking amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Full payment of tour cost must be made before trip begins.
3. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.
4. Only travelers whose names are mentioned at booking are permitted to travel.
5. Booking transfers are not allowed.
6. Every traveler must carry valid government-issued photo ID.
7. Boarding will not be permitted without valid ID.
8. Travelers must report to designated boarding point 30 minutes before scheduled departure.
9. Departure timings are fixed.
10. No refund if traveler misses departure.
11. Hotels are indicative and subject to availability.
12. Similar-category hotels may be provided.
13. Wanderworld Holidays may modify itinerary/accommodation/tour schedule because of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
14. No refund for sightseeing/activity/meal/accommodation/tour inclusion cancelled or not availed because of weather, operational reasons, unavoidable circumstances or traveler's own choice.
15. Wanderworld Holidays is not responsible for additional expenses caused by unforeseen circumstances.
16. Travelers are responsible for luggage and personal belongings.
17. Company is not liable for loss, theft or damage.
18. Vehicle AC may be switched off in hilly areas or when required by driver for safety/comfort.
19. Misconduct/indiscipline/inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination without refund.
20. Wanderworld Holidays does not provide travel or medical insurance.
21. Travelers are advised to arrange their own insurance if required.
22. Travelers grant permission for photographs/videos taken during the trip to be used for promotional, marketing and social media purposes.
23. Confirming the booking means the traveler has read, understood and accepted the Terms & Conditions.
